Full Body Massage
This comprehensive massage treats the entire body — from neck, shoulders, and back to arms, hands, legs, and feet. Using a blend of long, flowing strokes and targeted kneading, the session releases built‑up tension, improves flexibility, and lowers stress hormones. Pressure is tailored to your comfort, from light relaxation to deeper therapeutic work. By the final minute, you’ll feel balanced, reconnected, and deeply restored.

Quick Massage
This 30-minute session focuses on the neck, shoulders, and back, — the areas where stress lives most. Using gentle to moderate pressure with long, soothing strokes, the massage melts away tightness, improves circulation, and guides your nervous system into a calm, restful state. Ideal for busy professionals, new clients, or anyone needing a quick yet deeply restorative break.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Unlike traditional massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses soft, wave‑like, repetitive strokes to gently guide lymph fluid through your body’s natural pathways. This non‑invasive technique helps reduce swelling, flush metabolic waste, support immune function, and calm the sympathetic nervous system. It’s especially beneficial post‑injury, post‑surgery, or for anyone dealing with puffiness, sinus congestion, or sluggish recovery. There’s no deep pressure — just a soothing, rhythmic sensation that leaves you feeling lighter and clearer.

Oncology/Cancer Scar Massage
Extremely light to very mild pressure to used to addresses scar tissue from mastectomies, lumpectomies, port placements, or other cancer‑related surgeries. Techniques include gentle stretching of adhered tissue, circular fingertip work around the scar (never directly on sensitive or recent scars unless cleared), and soothing strokes to improve circulation, reduce tightness or pulling sensations, and restore mobility in surrounding muscles and fascia.
Sessions are always client‑led, and no pressure is ever applied without explicit consent. This work can also help reduce nerve sensitivity, phantom sensations, and emotional discomfort associated with surgical scars. Available only for clients cleared by their oncology team (typically 6–8 weeks post‑surgery/chemotherapy/radiotherapy).

Frequently Asked Questions
I mainly provide treatments in my home office in Openshaw. If preferred, I can travel to provide treatment at your home/premises.
Body Massage primarily works on muscles and soft tissues to relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote relaxation, using firm, varied pressure.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a very light, rhythmic, repetitive technique that targets the lymphatic system to reduce swelling, remove toxins, and support immune function—not muscle tissue.

It is entirely understandable that you would have some reservations. Scars are already a very sensitive part of the body already (both physically and emotionally), and this is especially true when the scars are in a very intimate area. It can be difficult to allow someone you don’t know very well examine and touch them.
Any massage requires trust between you, the client, and therapist. Building up that trust isn’t easy, but there are steps that we could take to help build that trust. First of all, consent is the highest priority in any of my treatments. I have been trained in a number of different techniques that have numerous benefits, but if there is anything you do not want to be used, it does not happen. Second, before any treatment happens, there are a number of steps that need to take place. There will naturally be a discussion about your history and a detailed description of what the treatment may involve and what techniques may be used, but only if you agree.
You may wish to speak to some references of mine. I would be happy to provide the contact details of previous clients who can speak about their experiences under my care.
Finally, my wife would be happy to act as a chaperone if requested. She is also a cancer survivor and can appreciate the challenges that come with and after cancer as well as talk first-hand about the benefits of scar massage.
