Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Unlike traditional massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses soft, wave‑like, repetitive strokes to gently guide lymph fluid through your body’s natural pathways. This non‑invasive technique helps reduce swelling, flush metabolic waste, support immune function, and calm the sympathetic nervous system. It’s especially beneficial post‑injury, post‑surgery, or for anyone dealing with puffiness, sinus congestion, or sluggish recovery. There’s no deep pressure — just a soothing, rhythmic sensation that leaves you feeling lighter and clearer.

Oncology/Cancer Scar Massage

Extremely light to very mild pressure to used to addresses scar tissue from mastectomies, lumpectomies, port placements, or other cancer‑related surgeries. Techniques include gentle stretching of adhered tissue, circular fingertip work around the scar (never directly on sensitive or recent scars unless cleared), and soothing strokes to improve circulation, reduce tightness or pulling sensations, and restore mobility in surrounding muscles and fascia.

Sessions are always client‑led, and no pressure is ever applied without explicit consent. This work can also help reduce nerve sensitivity, phantom sensations, and emotional discomfort associated with surgical scars. Available only for clients cleared by their oncology team (typically 6–8 weeks post‑surgery/chemotherapy/radiotherapy).
