About Me

Who Am I?

I’m a qualified massage therapist dedicated to creating a calm, supportive space where every client can relax, restore, and feel truly cared for. My work blends soothing, stress-relieving massage with tailored treatments designed to meet individual needs.

I have a special interest in supporting clients who have experienced cancer, offering gentle, thoughtful care that prioritises comfort, safety, and wellbeing at every stage. Whether you’re looking to unwind or need a more specialised approach, I take the time to listen and adapt each session to you.

My goal is simple: to help you feel more at ease in your body and leave each treatment feeling lighter, calmer, and renewed.

Qualifications – MLD

In 2025, I undertook professional training at Gateway Workshops Training School, where I successfully earned the Practitioners Diploma in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Massage. This specialised qualification provided me with in-depth theoretical knowledge and hands-on clinical skills in the gentle, rhythmic techniques used to stimulate the lymphatic system. The course covered key areas such as lymph anatomy and physiology, indications and contraindications for MLD, treatment protocols for post-surgical and oedema management, and client care. This training has equipped me to practice safely and effectively as a qualified MLD practitioner.

Qualifications – OSS

In 2026, I achieved a specialist qualification in Oncology Scar Specialist (OSS) from Restore Scar Therapy Training. This required undertaking advanced training focused on the assessment and treatment of scars following cancer surgery and related medical treatment. The qualification covered the safe application of scar therapy techniques for clients affected by procedures such as mastectomy, reconstruction surgery, biopsies, and abdominal surgeries, alongside an in-depth understanding of cancer treatment considerations. My training included the study of scar tissue formation, fascial restrictions, radiation-related tissue changes, lymphatic considerations, pain sensitivity, and contraindications relevant to oncology care. The course also emphasised evidence-informed practice, client safety, and adapting treatment approaches to support individuals at different stages of recovery. This qualification has provided me with specialist knowledge and practical skills to work confidently and safely with clients living with the long-term effects of cancer treatment and surgical scarring.
